Abstract:
[Problem] To enable a flying vehicle to fly without touching a structure. [Solution] A flying vehicle of the present invention relates to a flying vehicle for capturing images of the inner wall of a substantially tubular structure, and to an inspection system using the flying vehicle. The flying vehicle is provided with: a measurement unit for measuring the distance from the inner wall; a control unit for controlling the flying vehicle to maintain a predetermined distance from the inner wall on the basis of the result of the measurement by the measurement unit; and an image capturing unit for capturing images of at least the surface of the inner wall. The control unit controls the flying vehicle to fly near the center of the structure along the stretching direction of the structure.
