Abstract:
A flywheel energy storage corn flour mill, comprising an enclosure (1) internally provided with a grinding channel (101). A double shaft motor (102) is fixedly provided on an inner side wall of the grinding channel (101). A flywheel (104) is fixedly provided on the peripheral side surface of a first shaft rod (103) located outside the grinding channel (101). Strip-shaped holes (106) are provided on two opposite inner side walls of the grinding channel (101). Inner walls of the strip-shaped holes (106) are slidably connected to baffle plates (107). Two springs (108) are symmetrically fixed on one side surface of the baffle plate (107). One end of the spring (108) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the enclosure (1). A magnetic block (109) is fixedly connected on the other side surface of the baffle plate (107). An electromagnet (110) is fixedly provided on the inner wall of the enclosure (1). By means of this design, when the corn flour mill is powered off, the kinetic energy of the flywheel can drive a grinding roller to continue to decelerate and rotate for a certain period of time. At the same time, the two baffle plates prevent the corn material from continuing falling onto the grinding roller, and the grinding roller crushes the remaining material, and then stops rotating, thereby avoiding the problem of making it easy for the equipment to jam and cause the equipment damage in the case of sudden power failure.
