Abstract:
Provided are an FMECA-based reliability analysis method and apparatus for an offshore floating wind turbine. The method comprises: splitting an offshore floating wind turbine into a preset number of systems according to executed functions, and determining devices or subsystems to be analyzed in each system; obtaining fault modes of the offshore floating wind turbine and each system, and analyzing fault causes and fault effects of the fault modes; taking the system and the devices or subsystems as fault units so as to perform degree-of-hazard analysis on the fault modes on the basis of three indicators, i.e. degree of severity, occurrence, and degree of detection, and to determine risk levels of the fault units; and determining an operation policy and a maintenance measure for the offshore floating wind turbine according to a reliability analysis result.
