Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cable tie and foam assembling machines. Disclosed is a foam back sheet separating and feeding device for a cable tie and foam assembling machine. The foam back sheet separating and feeding device comprises a platform; the left side of the top of the platform is connected to a foam roll by means of a bearing in a support; a hole is formed on the platform and at the right side of the foam roll; an upper winding shell is mounted on the right side of the outer wall of the hole by means of the support; a second guide plate is mounted at the fort and rear ends of the outer wall of the upper winding shell by means of damping bearings; a separation blade is fixed to the left end of the second guide plate; roller shafts are symmetrically mounted up and down at the left side of the hollow cavity of the second guide plate; the tail ends of the roller shafts are correspondingly connected to drive shafts of drive motors. The present invention ensures continuous separation of back sheets, avoids the problem of adhesion between back sheets and foam, prevents release paper at the two ends of the foam from curling up, and prevents normal work of a subsequent machining process from being affected, and moreover, dustproof treatment is carried out in winding of back sheets for facilitating recycling.
