Abstract:

The present invention relates to a foam bead pumping apparatus comprising: a cylindrical body pipe (110) which has one end coupled to a ventilator (120) and the other end coupled to a hose (121) or a pipe, and has a bead inlet (115), through which foam beads enter, formed on the top portion thereof; a guide plate (131) which is shaped into a circular disk, is formed so that the cross-sectional area thereof is smaller than the cross-sectional area of a hole, has the upper portion thereof making contact with and fixed to the bead inlet (115) on the ventilator-side of the bead inlet (115), is slanted more toward the lower portion thereof in the direction moving away from the ventilator, is bent more toward both lateral ends thereof in the direction moving away from the ventilator, and is shaped so that a gap is formed between the guide plate (131) and the bottom and lateral surfaces of the inside of the body pipe (110); the bead inlet (115) which is coupled to the bottom portion of a hopper (170) having gathered therein foam beads which are supplied to the top of a ceiling plate (250) and fall from falling holes (251), the ceiling plate (250) being formed so as to be capable of vibrating by means of a vibrator (260); and the ceiling plate (250) which vibrates by means of a vibration device and has a plurality of the falling holes (251) formed thereon, wherein wind by the ventilator (125) is accelerated by passing through the gap formed between the guide plate (131) and the bottom and lateral surfaces of the inside of the body pipe (110), and thus negative pressure and suction force is generated at the center portion of the guide plate (131) and the bead inlet (115) at the upper portion of the gap, thereby enabling the foam beads in the hopper (170) to be suctioned into the body pipe (110) and transferred, via the hose (121), to the ceiling plate (250), having the falling holes (251), of a decorative cabinet or a building.
