Abstract:
A foam controlling monomer, a polycarboxylate water reducer, and a preparation method therefor. The foam controlling monomer is prepared by reacting an unsaturated acid, an amphiphilic monomer, a catalyst, a water-carrying agent and a polymerization inhibitor; then, the polycarboxylate water reducer is prepared through a polymerization reaction of a polyether monomer, an unsaturated adsorption monomer, the foam controlling monomer and a catalyst. The foam controlling monomer is used in a polycarboxylate water reducer, and the obtained polycarboxylate water reducer has good foam controlling effects, can effectively control the size and distribution of air bubbles in concrete structures, and ensures the compressive strength and durability of concrete; in fresh concrete, the invention can ensure the workability and constructibility of concrete, and reduce air bubbles in concrete surfaces and improve the appearance of hardened concrete surfaces.
