Abstract:
The present invention provides a foam fire extinguishing agent that can satisfy prescribed properties without including a fluorine compound. This foam fire extinguishing agent is characterized by including 0.2-3.0 mass% of a cationic surfactant, 0.2-5.0 mass% of an anionic surfactant, and water, for a total of 100 mass%.
