Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a foam generation device and a foam generation method with which it is possible to generate high-density foam. [Solution] The present invention employs a foam generation device that comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, and an intermediate cylinder disposed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, wherein the intermediate cylinder rotates relative to the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. The present invention also employs a foam generation method that comprises: a first step for mixing water and a foam-generating material; a second step for supplying air to the mixture to generate foam; and a third step for breaking the resultant foam into smaller parts using a rotary unit.
