Abstract:

A foam material generator, comprising a housing (1); a transmission device (2) disposed on the housing (1); a housing cavity (3) disposed within the housing (1); a pressurizing stirring foaming wheel (4) disposed within the housing cavity (3); a transmission shaft (5) of the transmission device (2) connected to the pressurizing stirring foaming wheel (4); a plurality of pressurizing stirrers (6) disposed on the pressurizing stirring foaming wheel (4); an airflow-facing surface of the pressurizing stirrer (6) forms an inclined angle with a cross sectional surface in a rotational axis direction of the pressurizing stirring foaming wheel (4); a housing cavity inlet (7) is disposed on an end of the housing cavity (3), and an housing cavity outlet (8) is disposed on another end of the housing cavity (3); an encircling abrasive disc (9) is disposed on an inner wall of the housing cavity (3) adjacent to the housing cavity outlet (8); a encircling abrasive disc inlet (10) is disposed at a middle portion of the encircling abrasive disc (9); a vortex current abrasive foaming disc (11) is disposed on an end of the pressurizing stirring foaming wheel (4) adjacent to the encircling abrasive disc (9); a surface of the vortex current abrasive foaming disc (11) conforms to be in close proximity with a surface of the encircling abrasive disc (9); and a vortex current abrasive foaming cavity (12) is disposed between the surface of the vortex current abrasive foam disc (11) and the surface of the encircling abrasive disc (9). The foam material generator can produce multiple textures of foam materials.
