Abstract:
Provided is a foam member carrier tape with excellent adhesion to and peeling from the foam member. This foam member carrier tape is characterized by having a silicone adhesive layer on one side of a support body and by the peeling force calculated as described below is 0.03-4.0N/20mm. Peeling force: the surface on the side of the support body is fixed to a support plate by means of a strongly adhesive double-sided adhesive tape, a polyethylene terephthalate film (trade name "Lumilar S10 #25" of TORAY INDUSTRIES, INC.) is adhered on the silicone adhesive layer under pressing conditions of 40N/cm linear pressure and velocity 2.0m/min, and, after allowing to stand for 30 minutes in a 23°C, 50%RH environment, the required peeling force is calculated when the polyethylene terephthalate film is peeled from the silicone adhesive layer under pulling conditions of pulling speed 300mm/min and pulling angle of 180°, and the required peeling force is converted to a units per 20mm width.
