a first conduit coupling the pre-mixing chamber to the m ixing c ham ber.

2. The dispenser as recited in claim 1. wherein the pre-mixing el- amber co nverts liquid recei ved from the liquid source and air received from the air source into an air-liquid mixture, wherein the ai r-liquid mixture is delivered to the mix ing chamber and converted into foam lo be dispensed from said dispensing outlet.

3. T he dispenser as recited in claim 2. wherein the air-l iquid mixture is not in a oam state.

4. The dispenser as recited i n any of claims I . wherein each of .said pre-mixing and mix ing chamber comprises at least one screen.

5. The dispenser as recited in claim 4. wherein the pre-m ixing chamber comprises a single 100 mesh size screen.

6. The dispenser as recited in claim 5. wherein the mixing chamber comprises a 200 mesh size sc een and a 300 mesh, size screen.

7. The dispenser as recited in claim 6, wherein the two screens in the mixing chamber arc spaced apart by a distance not greater than 1 /2 inch.

8. The dispenser as recited in claim 7, wherein the 300 mesh size screen is downstream of die 200 mesh size screen.

11

9. The dispenser as reeiled in claim 4. wherein the mixing chain x>r ci>rn rises a 200 mesh size screen and a 300 mesh size screen.

10. The dispenser as reeiled in claim I. further comprising a second mixing chamber downstream of the pre-mixing chamber and upstream of the mixing chamber.

11. The dispenser as recited in claim 10, wherein the first, conduit is connected between the pre-mixing chamber and the second mixing chamber and wl ercin a second conduit is connected between the second mixing chamber and the mixing chanber.

12. The dispenser as recited in claim 1, wherein the air source is ambient air.

Π. The dispenser as recited in claim 1, wherein the first conduit lux a length of at least six inches.

14, The dispenser as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first, conduit h is a length of at least a foot.

15. 1 he dispenser as recited in claim 1. wherein the first conduit his a length of at least two feel..

1.6. A method for forming soap foam comprising:

pumping liquid soap and air to a pre-mixing chamber;

pre-mixing the liquid soap and air in the pre-mixing chamber forming a mixtjre of liquid soap and air:

delivering said mixture to a mixing chamber proximate a dispensing outlet;

converting said mixture into said foam at the mixing chamber; and

dispensing said foam from said outlet.

17. The method as recited in. claim 1 , further comprising determining lime spa between a previous dispensing of foam and a current dispensing of foam, wherein ihe amount of foam being dispensed is related to said lime span.

12 ! 8. The method s recited in claim 1 6, further comprising deierm i r ins:, a (inn; span between a previous dispensing of foam anil a current dispensing of foam, wherein dispe nsing comprises dispensing said loam for a period of time, wherein said period of time is dependent on said time span.

1 . A foam dispenser comprising:

a d ispensin outlet;

1 0 pre-mixing chamber for receiving liquid from a liquid source and air from an ai r source:

a pump for pumping l iquid from the l iquid source to the pre-mking chamber;

;> mixing, chamber downstream of the pre-mixing cham ber and proximate the ^ dispenser outiei.; and

a first conduit coupl ing the pre-mixing chamber to the mixing chamber, wherein the pre-mixing chamber receives liquid pumped from the liquid source and air from the air source arid converts them into an air-l iquid mixture, wherein the air-liquid mixture is delivered to the mixi ng chamber and converted into foam to be dispensed from said on

dispensing outiei, wherein the pre-mixing chamber comprises a sing le coarser screen, and wherein the mixing chamber comprises a second screen and a third screen, w herei n the: third screen has coarseness that is liner than said single coarser screen and wherein I he s -cond screen has a coarseness that is coarser than the third screen but finer l han th ; sin e coarser 25 screen.
