Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of oil-gas field developments, and a foam solution for profile control and blocking in thickened oil thermal recovery, a preparation method therefor, a foam system thereof, and a method for profile control and blocking are disclosed. The foam system comprises a gas phase and a liquid phase, wherein the gas phase is nitrogen gas, and the liquid phase is a foam solution. The foam solution contains a foaming agent, oily sludge mixed coal combustion ash, a dispersing agent and water, wherein on the basis of the total weight of the foam solution, the content of the foaming agent is 1-1.5% by weight, the content of the oily sludge mixed coal combustion ash is 4-6% by weight, the content of the dispersing agent is 0.25-0.5% by weight, and the content of water is 92-94.75% by weight, the foaming agent being a mixture of sodium hexadecylbenzenesulfonate and sasanqua saponin. By means of the foam system of the present invention, the resource utilization of oily sludge is achieved, the amount of coal is reduced, and ash obtained after oily sludge mixed coal is combusted is further subjected to resource utilization, such that an overall resource utilization from the source to the final product is achieved.
