Abstract:
A foam support tray, comprising a polystyrene core (1) and a reinforced film (2) covering the surface of the polystyrene core (1). The polystyrene core (1) comprises a polystyrene plate (11) and three sets of support feet (12) at the bottom of the polystyrene plate. The three sets of support feet (12) are arranged at two ends and the middle of the bottom of the polystyrene plate (11). Each set of support feet (12) comprises at least three support feet (12). The support feet (12) are covered with reinforced support sleeves (3). The top surface of the reinforced support sleeve (3) is attached to the bottom surface of the polystyrene plate (11). The bottom of the support sleeve (3) is affixed with a non-slip mat (4). By covering the polystyrene core (1) with the reinforced film (2), the reinforced film (2) has effects of limiting the position of and applying tension to the polystyrene core (1), and thus the strength of the foam support tray is enhanced and deformation of the polystyrene core (1) can be prevented, preventing the fracture of the polystyrene core (1). By covering the support feet (12) with the reinforced support sleeves (3), the reinforced support sleeves (3) protect the support feet (12), increasing the service life of the foam support tray.
