Disclosed are a foamed board having a crust and a preparation method therefor. The foamed board comprises a foamed substrate layer. The lower surface of the foamed substrate layer is a crust layer. The upper surface of the foamed substrate layer sequentially comprises a printed color film layer and a wear-resistant layer from bottom to top, or the upper surface of the foamed substrate layer sequentially comprises an auxiliary functional layer, a printed color film layer and a wear-resistant layer from bottom to top, the auxiliary functional layer comprising one or two combinations of a foamed thickening layer and a soft-hard filling layer. Once the foamed substrate of the present invention is extruded, the bottom of the foamed substrate is cooled for a crusting treatment. Meanwhile, the printed color film and wear-resistant layers are directly attached to the upper surface of the foamed substrate by using heat of the foamed substrate itself, and the anti-warping effect of the foamed substrate is equivalent to a traditional anti-warping effect of crusting on upper and lower surfaces. Moreover, the process of the present invention is simple, no glue is needed, and the costs are low.
