Abstract:
Disclosed are a foamed ceramic production system and a production process thereof. The foamed ceramic production system comprises a feeding line, a roller kiln, and a product discharging line. A replacement box is provided at the entrance of the roller kiln. The feeding line and the product discharging line each comprises a kiln furniture conveying roller. The kiln furniture conveying roller forms a closed loop. The foamed ceramic production system further comprises a side boarding conveying line. The feeding line and the product discharging line each comprises a side boarding pick-and-place device. The side boarding conveying line is disposed on one side of the feeding line. The side boarding pick-and-place device comprises a rack, a mounting frame, a pick-and-place assembly, a movement driving assembly. Conventional tunnel kiln and drying kiln are replaced with a roller kiln to complete a sintering process, the automatic control of preheating-sintering-cooling is implemented, a closed-loop production line is formed by means of a kiln furniture conveying roller table, uninterrupted production is implemented, the problem of intermittent production in the tunnel kiln is solved, and energy consumption is reduced. The automatic picking and placing of a side boarding are performed by the side boarding pick-and-place device, the side boarding is separately conveyed on the side boarding conveying line, the feeding and product discharging procedures are optimized, and the production efficiency is improved.
