Abstract:
A foamed liquid distributor, comprising liquid distribution slots (1), a liquid inlet pipe (2), connection slots (3), and a distribution plate (4), the liquid distribution slots (1) being provided with a main liquid distribution slot (11), the main liquid distribution slot (11) being of a cylindrical shape; the liquid inlet pipe (2) being provided vertically above the main liquid distribution slot (11), a liquid outlet (21) being provided on the main liquid distribution slot (11); a first annular distribution slot (12) being provided on the outer side of the main liquid distribution slot (11), a second annular distribution slot (13) being provided on the outer side of the first annular distribution slot (12); the connection slots (3) being provided between the liquid distribution slots (1), first connection slots (31) being provided between the main liquid distribution slot (11) and the first annular distribution slot (12), second connection slots (32) being provided between the first annular distribution slot (12) and the second annular distribution slot (13); and distribution holes (41) being provided at the bottom of the liquid distribution slots (1), and the distribution plate (4) being provided above the distribution holes (41). Said distributor has advantages of distributing liquid evenly on a packing layer within a packed column, reducing channeling of liquid in the packing layer, and improving the heat and mass transfer efficiency of the whole packed column.
