Abstract:
Disclosed are a foaming asphalt preparation device and a usage method therefor. The foaming asphalt preparation device comprises an asphalt pump (1) and a foaming agent pump (2) respectively connected to an asphalt supply system and a foaming agent supply system, wherein discharge pipelines of the asphalt pump (1) and the foaming agent pump (2) are both connected to a mixer (3), an outlet of the mixer (3) is connected to a feeding and discharging pipeline (14) of a pressure tank (6) via a pressurizing apparatus (4) and a pressure tank feeding valve (5), and the feeding and discharging pipeline (14) of the pressure tank (6) is connected to a discharging pipe via a pressure tank discharging valve (7). The foaming asphalt preparation device further comprises a pressure tank heating system, a pressure tank pressure stabilizing system and a stirring system. The usage method for the foaming asphalt preparation device comprises the following steps: step one: raw asphalt and a foaming agent, which respectively pass through an asphalt pump (1) and a foaming agent pump (2), being metered and then entering a mixer (3) so as to be sufficiently mixed; step two: the mixed material being pressurized by a pressurizing apparatus (4) and then entering a pressure tank (6), and a pressure tank pressure stabilizing system carrying out pressure stabilization so as to realize stable storage; step three: after being kept at a constant temperature, being kept at a constant pressure and being stirred, these respectively being carried out by a pressure tank heating system, the pressure tank pressure stabilizing system and a stirring system, foaming asphalt inside the pressure tank (6) being metered by a weighing and metering system of the pressure tank (6) after a foaming temperature and a pressure condition are reached; and step four: when in use, the pressure tank (6) being transported to a construction site, a discharge outlet of the pressure tank (6) being connected to an onsite mixture stirring tank, and discharging the foaming asphalt by means of the pressure of the pressure tank pressure stabilizing system so as to form foamed asphalt for preparing an asphalt mixture by means of stirring. The device realizes continuous industrialized production, and the product quality is stable.
