Abstract:
The present invention relates to a foaming branch pipe and, specifically, to a foaming branch pipe and a manufacturing method therefor, the foaming branch pipe being configured to have strong resistance against moisture while preventing dust from blowing, and to also have excellent productivity while being easily handled due to being lightweight. The present invention of the foaming branch pipes (1000, 2000) comprise: first foaming branch pipe layers (1100, 2100), in which upper and lower foams of a fixed thickness are supplied and attached to the upper and lower surfaces of a film extruded from a T-die of an extruder, cut in a desired width, and spirally wound so as to have a fixed inner diameter; second foaming branch pipe layers (1200, 2200), in which upper and lower foams of a fixed thickness are supplied and attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the film, cut in a desired width, and simultaneously, spirally wound on the upper part of the first foaming branch pipe layers and bonded with the upper foam of the first foaming branch pipe layers by hot wind; and third foaming branch pipe layers (1300, 2300), in which a lower foam of a fixed thickness is supplied and attached to the lower surface or the upper and lower surfaces of the film, cut in a desired width, and simultaneously, spirally wound on the upper part of the second foaming branch pipe layers and bonded with the upper foam of the second foaming branch pipe layers by hot wind.
