Abstract:
The present invention relates to a foaming pump assembly for a liquid vessel, and has the object of improving the arranged structure of a spring and the structure of an inlet valve in order to prevent the spoilage of the contents, and also to improve product responsiveness. With the foaming pump assembly for a liquid vessel according to the present invention, a coil spring (290) formed of metal is installed vertically at the center of an air cylinder (222) so as to enclose the outer periphery of a solution piston unit (280), in order for a push head (240), an air piston (270), and a liquid piston unit (280) to not be disposed eccentrically, but to be operated in the proper position so as to improve the responsiveness of the product to the user, as well as to not have the metal coil spring (290) come into contact with the liquid contents so as to enable the product to be used for a long time without discoloration or the spoiling of the contents. Further, the inlet valve (230) which opens and closes an inlet (223) is manufactured of a synthetic resin so as to impart an inherent resilient elasticity thereto and to not be prone to corrosion upon coming into contact with the liquid contents, thereby contributing to enhance product reliability. In addition, the vertical movement of the liquid piston unit (280) is guided and accurately disposed by means of a bushing (226) disposed at the upper portion of a solution cylinder (224) in order to further improve product responsiveness. Moreover, when the descending movement of the push head (240) is restricted by a stopper (300), even if external force is exerted on the product during the shelf life of the product, leakage of the liquid contents can be prevented.
