Abstract:

Provided are a focus adjustment device, a camera system, and a focus adjustment method that can make corrections so as to achieve an accurate conversion coefficient. A two-image spacing value (image phase-difference information) is calculated on the basis of image data from focus-detection pixels in an imaging element (201), a defocus amount y is calculated by a CPU inside a body control unit (203) (S5), a lens drive amount is calculated, and a lens is driven (S7). Thereafter, the conversion coefficient for the calculation of the defocus amount is corrected by a learning algorithm (S9).
