Provided are a focus control device, a lens device including the same, an imaging device including the same, a focus control method, and a focus control program which are capable of preventing decrease in focus control precision due to error in a phase difference that depends on the environmental temperature. The present invention is provided with: an imaging element 20 that outputs a pair of image signals shifted in one direction relative to an object optical image; a phase difference detecting unit 26A that detects the phase difference of the pair of image signals; a temperature sensing unit 10; a correcting unit 26B that corrects the focus position of a focus lens based on the detected phase difference that is the phase difference detected by the phase difference detecting unit 26A, in accordance with the focus lens position, with the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing unit 10, and with data that associates temperature, focus lens position, and information for correcting the focus position; and a lens control unit 26C that moves a focus lens 11 to the corrected focus position.
