Provided are: a focus control device that makes it possible to maintain the precision with which a phase difference is detected regardless of conditions relating to a subject; a lens device; an imaging device; a focus control method; and a focus control program. A digital camera is provided with: a filter processing unit 11a that performs first filter processing selected from among a plurality of types of filter processing on each of a first signal group output from a plurality of phase difference detection pixels 52A and a second signal group output from a plurality of phase difference detection pixels 52B; a correlation calculation unit 11b that performs correlation calculation for the first signal group after first filter processing thereof and the second signal group after first filter processing thereof; and a lens position control unit 11c that controls the position of a focus lens on the basis of the result of the correlation calculation. The filter processing unit 11a selects the first filter processing from among the plurality of types of filter processing on the basis of subject conditions information.
