Abstract:
A focused ultrasound displacement imaging method and apparatus, the method comprising: adding a displacement encoding gradient before and after the 180° refocusing pulse of a readout-segmented echo-planar sequence, and on the basis of the displacement encoding gradient, determining focused ultrasound pulse start and end time points (S102); controlling the operation of the focused ultrasound according to the pulse start and end time points in order to obtain two sets of phase maps (S104); on the basis of the phase difference of the two sets of phase maps and a quantitative phase shift formula, generating a displacement distribution field map, the maximum displacement value in the displacement field map being the focal point position (S106); and implementing three-dimensional imaging of the displacement distribution field map (S108). The present method implements readout-segmented echo-planar-based magnetic resonance radiation force displacement imaging, and has a high image signal to noise ratio, rapid scanning speed, and low image distortion. Detection time and resolution is effectively improved, magnetic susceptibility artifacts and image distortions are reduced, and precise positioning of a high-intensity focused ultrasound focal point is implemented.
