Abstract:
A focussed radiotherapy apparatus (100) and a radiation therapy device (200), the focussed radiotherapy apparatus (100) at least comprising: a source body (10), provided with a plurality of radiation sources (11); a pre-collimation body (20), fixedly connected to the source body (10), the pre-collimation body (20) comprising a plurality of pre-collimation holes, the pre-collimation holes corresponding to the radiation sources (11) in a one-to-one manner; a collimation body (30), covering the source body (10) and the pre-collimation body (20) and rotating with respect to the source body (10) and the pre-collimation body (20), the collimation body (30) comprising at least one curved surface, a plurality of groups of collimators, having different specifications, and shielding positions (31) being arranged on the curved surface, each group of collimators and/or shielding positions (31) being arranged in correspondence with the radiation sources (11), the collimation body (30) rotating to switch different groups of collimators and/or shielding positions (31) to be aligned with the radiation sources (11) so as to obtain different field sizes and/or implement at least partial shielding of the source body (10); a switch body (40), arranged on an outer side of the collimation body (30) and moving with respect to the source body (10), the pre-collimation body (20) and the collimation body (30) so as to enable rays of the radiation sources (11) to be focussed or shielded.
