Abstract:
A focussing method for barcode reading device is disclosed. Inside an imaging
system assembly of the barcode reading device, a focussing structure is configured
to enable an angle of a field of view of optical signal generated by the focussing
structure match with an for code reading. Adjust distance or relative position
between the barcode reading and a barcode read, and the distance for code reading
is optimum distance while edge position of the barcode is just covered by edge
of the optical signal generated by the focussing structure. According to the
invention, because the angle of the field of view of the optical signal generated
by the focussing structure matches with the angle of the field of view of the optical
lens for code reading, operator can determine the optimum distance for barcode
reading accurately based on comparing focussing optical signal emitted on the
barcode from the barcode reading device with size scope of the barcode during
reading the barcode.
