The present invention relates to a fog spray-type fumigation sterilizer including a novel semiautomatic compression-type liquid medicine supply means, which can increase the efficiency of fog spray and remarkably contribute to the operability of a smokescreen and the performance improvement thereof by semiautomatically supplying, by compression, a liquid medicine required during the smokescreen for fumigation. That is, the present invention is configured by: respectively installing a liquid medicine container (610) having a smokescreen disinfecting solution contained therein and a fog fluid container (620) having, on one side, a fog generation solution contained therein and the other side respectively separated in half on the lower part of a body case (400); and in each of the respective liquid medicine container (610) and the fog fluid container (620), providing semiautomatic liquid discharging compressors (630, 630') for allowing the inside liquid to be sprayed semiautomatically in a continuous manner by being pushed out to upper discharge holes (632, 632') when certain amount of compression is generated by pumping a piston lever (631) several times.
