Abstract:
Grains 23 are supplied to a bearing gap of a foil bearing. A level difference 24 is provided to a top foil part 12a1, and from two end parts 121, 122 with respect to a direction running along the surface of the top foil part 12a1 and a direction N orthogonal to a rotational direction R of a shaft 6, an air flow is created toward the area between the two end parts.
