A foil-wound transformer, comprising a transformer coil mold (1), a first-stage coil (5), and a second-stage coil (2). The transformer coil mold (1) is provided with an annular winding groove. The first-stage coil (5) and the second-stage coil (2) are both wound in the winding groove. The first-stage coil (5) and the second-stage coil (2) are nested inside and outside, the first-stage coil (5) is provided inside, and the second-stage coil (2) is provided outside. The first-stage coil (5) is a foil-type coil, comprising a metal foil (51) and an insulating layer (52) which are stacked. The foil-wound transformer further comprises an insulating filling piece (4). Gaps between two sides of the first-stage coil (5) and the transformer coil mold (1) are filled with the insulating filling piece (4), to prevent the second-stage coil (2) from sinking into the gaps. The situation that the withstand voltage between the windings is affected due to winding sinking of the second-stage coil (2) is avoided, such that the accident of burning the transformer is avoided, and the safety of the transformer is improved.
