Abstract:
An electronic device comprises: a housing which is connected by at least one hinge structure including a driving motor, a plurality of body units, and at least one hinge structure arranged between the body units, and which varies from a folded state to an unfolded state by means of the rotation of the body units; a display varying in response to the varying forms of the housing; at least one sensor module which is mounted on the at least one body unit and senses the position of the body units or the state of an adjacent area thereof; and a processor arranged in the housing, and operably connected to the display, the sensor module, and the driving motor, wherein the processor can independently control the driving motor on the basis of the a contact state with an external object and/or the position of the body units sensed using the sensor module.
