The present invention relates to an extension tube which is divided into an upper extension tube and a lower extension tube so as to be spread or folded. Nevertheless, a rod for transmitting the upper operation of the upper extension tube and a rod for transmitting the lower operation of the lower extension tube allow the operation inputted at an upper portion to be transmitted to a lower portion by magnetic coupling of a first magnetic coupling body and a second magnetic coupling body, thereby enabling easy carrying or storage of a measuring wheel or a wheel for spraying paint. At the same time, if a user inputs a drawing or pushing operation through an upper portion of the extension tube, particularly, an operation input unit such as a lever and the like in a handle, it is possible to control a reset switch of a counter in an operation output unit, to control a nozzle portion of a paint can for spraying a paint or to brake a rotating wheel by the interlocking with the input.
