Technical Field

The invention relates to a foldable garden, camping and tool set structure that enables the metal parts, which are formed to be suitable for simple tasks such as cutting, shoveling, digging and hammering in the garden and campsite, to be easily mounted on the handle-shaped body and transported by folding them onto the body.

Background of the Invention

Each of the hand tools used for cutting, shoveling, digging and hammering for garden and camping, known in the market, is designed in different sizes and in accordance with its own forms to be used on its own.

While the user has to buy and use the equipment separately, each of which is in a separate form, there is also a waste of material.

Due to the fact that simple hand tools such as cutting, shoveling, digging and hammering are separate and in one piece, there is a need for more storage space. Each of these simple hand tools has its own fixed handle and creates the effect of added weight.

For this reason, it is ergonomically difficult to carry several of these simple hand tools at the same time. In operations such as cutting, driving, digging, shoveling, one after the other, it is necessary to leave one of the simple hand tools completely and grasp the handle of the other and use it.

Since the change in question has to be made all the time, more time is lost. It was developed as a foldable and easy-to-assemble product to offer consumers an alternative to imported products with a domestic and new design. In the literature, the US patent application numbered US2005097929A1 states that “Folding tools including a tool blade and a handle are foldably connected by a lockable hinge which permits folding the assembly for compact storage but automatically locks into a rigid assembly when fully unfolded. The hinge operates by the movement of a locking bar into locking groove(s) via a tensioning mechanism when the hinge components are aligned in the unfolded, extended configuration. The lockable hinges can be used to connect the blade and handle components of a variety of common tools including shovels, saws and the like.” statements are included.

In the mentioned application, a folding tool embodiment with locking hinges is included.

In the Romanian patent application numbered RO114099B1 in the literature, “The invention relates to a multi-purpose device for firefighting interventions with cutting, engraving, digging, locksmith and assembly operations that can be operated safely. The multi-purpose device consists of an ax blade with a hammer head attached to it, a hole attached to the other side, and a strap through which a locking button can slide. The ax blade comprises a rivet and by means of an elastic blade which is respectively fixed to a saw blade having an ax blade and a washer. A handle with a threaded cap can be fixed on the button. A cutting device consisting of a handle with a handle and a bolt riveted to it can be attached to the blade of the ax blade. A blade assembly is pushed through the hole by the two slits of the handle and the cap is threaded. The paddle-type assembly consists of a spade-type blade with an aperture on which a locking button can slide. This is activated by a spring fixed to the rib of a fitting fixed to the spade blade. The lever onto which the head is screwed is fixed via the hole in the blocking button.” statements are included.

Another multi-purpose tool configuration is included in the aforementioned patent application.

Regarding the subject, in the utility model application numbered TR 2018 18201 , which is also owned by the client in the literature, "This invention is a folding disassembly mechanism, and its feature is that it provides advantages in terms of ground and transportation by collecting many equipment in one body. With the tip changing part specially developed for tip changing, it is made easier to install different modules. It is a new technology that can be included in security kit bags, offers the opportunity to be installed with a single movement, does not take time to manufacture, is cost-effective and simple to use.” statements are included.

In the mentioned application, multi-purpose folding garden, camping and tool set structuring is included. However, sufficient strength has not been achieved in the mentioned product. In order to create a more robust structure, a locking system with increased support points and therefore a new collapsible garden, camp and toolkit configuration was required.

Disclosure of the Invention

Starting from this position of the technique, the aim of the invention is to present a new foldable garden, camp and tool set structure that eliminates the existing disadvantages.

Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that allows three of the shaped parts in the form of a simple hand tool used in cutting, shoveling, digging and driving works according to known products, to be mounted on two different handle types at the same time.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a structure that can be folded to be transported more easily and occupy less storage space.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a structure that enables the use of shaped metal parts used in cutting, shoveling, digging and driving works by easily fixing them to the mechanism holder profile or hook holder at the desired angle.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a structure that provides efficiency and ease of use in terms of time by simply turning the handle, as they are on the same handle body when more than one tool is to be used consecutively.

Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that makes the handle become an ergonomic grip area with a shaped soft PVC handle. Explanation of Figures

The invention is a foldable garden, camping and tool set structure (A) that enables the metal parts, which are formed to be suitable for simple tasks such as cutting, shoveling, digging and hammering in the garden and campsite, to be easily mounted and used on the handle-shaped body and to be transported by folding on the body and which comprises the handle pipe (1 ) forming its main body, the single hook head (3) that enables the heads to be easily mounted by connecting with the said handle pipe (1 ), axe/adze head (6) and shovel head (9) that can be attached to said single hook head (3) by means of the fixing slot (10) and the clamping bolt (11 ) passing through the said fixing slot (10) and the handle (7), which is connected to the said handle pipe (1 ), enabling users to easily hold it characterized in that; comprises the pressed end (1.1 ), which is formed by pressing and bending the end of said handle pipe (1 ) and increasing the strength of said handle pipe (1 ), the square support washer (4) in a hollow form, which is located between the said handle pipe (1) and the single hook head (3), which supports the locking of the axe/ adze head (6) and/or the shovel head (9) on the single hook head (3) during a possible impact, curved backing piece (3.1 ) is formed with the same diameter as the handle pipe (1 ) by rounding the outer part of the single hook head (3), which ensures that the impacts formed at the contact point of the single hook head (3) to the handle pipe (1 ) do not lose the strength of the foldable garden, camping and tool set structure (A) and the impacts are spread. In the garden, camping and tool set structure (A), which is the subject of the invention, a more robust locking mechanism is created by positioning the single hook head (3), unlike the double hook configuration used in the current art.

The end of the said handle pipe (1 ) is pressed and bent to form the pressed end (1.1 ) and a more robust structure is formed. The square support washer (4) piece between the said handle pipe (1 ) and the single hook head (3) is hollowed out to fit inside the handle pipe (1 ). In this way, the locking mechanism is supported during the impact.

By emptying the inside of the single hook head (3), the lightening gap (5) is formed and its lightness is ensured.

Said square support washer (4) supports the lock mechanism by preventing deformations that may occur as a result of impacts during use, since the left support point (6.1) and right support point (6.2) positioned on the axe and adze sides of the axe/ adze head (6) are manufactured without any gaps.

Said axe/adze head (6) is fixed not with rivets but by welding method. In order to achieve this, a welding slot (6.3) is formed on the said axe/ adze head (6).

In order for the single hook head (3) not to lose the strength of the product at the contact point of the handle pipe (1 ) and for the impacts to spread, a curved backing piece (3.1 ) is formed by rounding the outer part to the same diameter as the pipe. In this way, a more modulated, robust impact resistant structure is obtained.

Said handle (7) is made ready for screwing and fixing the lock system after welding, grinding and coating. For this, the screw socket apparatus (8) is positioned at the end.

Welding hole (7.1) is formed in order to ensure welding of said screw socket apparatus (8) over the handle pipe fitting rod (7.2). Thus, a much more durable structure is revealed.

Said handle (7) is turned clockwise and moves into the handle pipe (1) of the single hook head (3) and locks the mechanism of the single hook head (3) and thus the tool becomes ready for use.

In order to change the heads (6,9) or change the direction, the handle (7) part is opened by turning it counterclockwise, and the desired direction or head (6,9) is changed by extending the tip of the single hook head (3) outward.
