Abstract:
A foldable mechanism and a foldable scooter, capable of being in an unfolded state and a folded state. The foldable mechanism comprises a first connecting portion (1), a rotationally foldable portion (2), a tension mechanism (3), and a locking mechanism (4). The tension mechanism (3) can generate a tension in the length direction of the tension mechanism (3) and can expand and contract. The locking mechanism (4) is used for locking the first connecting portion (1) and the rotationally foldable portion (2) to prevent rotation. In the tension direction, a first end (31) of the tension mechanism (3) is rotationally connected to the front end of the first connecting portion (1), and a second end (32) of the tension mechanism (3) is rotationally connected to the rotationally foldable portion (2). After the locking device (4) is unlocked, when a preset torque pointing to the first connecting portion (1) is applied to the rotationally foldable portion (2), the rotationally foldable portion (2) is driven under the acting effect of the tension of the tension mechanism (3), to rotate to the direction of the first connecting portion (1), until the first connecting portion (1) and the rotationally foldable portion (2) are in a folded state. The first connecting portion (1) and the rotationally foldable portion (2) are automatically folded under the effect of the tension mechanism (3), and accordingly, force is saved when the foldable scooter is folded.
