The present invention addresses the problem of providing a foldable saw having a latch mechanism which latches and secures a foldable saw blade body at the usage position thereof, can be manufactured and assembled very easily and with a minimum number of components in a way of thinking that is different from conventional ways, and furthermore, can exhibit a good latching action. This foldable saw 1 has, on a saw grip body 20, a latch body 10 which is configured from a wire spring comprising a coil section 11, a stop pin section 12, a latch section 13, and an operation section 15. The saw grip body 20 is provided at least with a seat recess 23, a pin hole 24, and a receiving groove 22. While attached to the saw grip body 20, the latch body 10 is configured so that the latch section 13, which is in front of the coil section 11, enters the receiving groove 22 due to the spring bias, and so that the latch section 13 resists the spring bias and moves backward due to the operation of the operation section 15 which is in the rear of the coil section 11.
