Title:
FOLDABLE SUNSHADING DEVICE THAT OPERATES BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF GRAVITY FOR WINTER GARDENS OR THE LIKE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2004079125
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to an interior sunshading device, which is integrated in the supporting beam (1) of a supporting structure, e.g. of a winter garden. The foldable sunshading device is comprised of at least two parallel, interspaced supporting beams (1) with running flanks (11), of a return device and of folded webs of fabric (2) that are placed on a number of fabric supports (3). The fabric supports (3) engage via small rollers (41) inside the running flanks (11) of the supporting beam (1) and roll away from each other along the supporting beam (1). The rolling of the fabric supports (3) away from one another, thus resulting in an enlargement of the shading surface, ensue automatically by means of gravity and without an additional drive. The inclination necessary for the sunshade to unfold also determines the minimum angle of inclination of a roof structure. The necessary angle of inclination of a sunshading device of this type and thus, for example, of a roof structure for winter gardens is further minimized by a roll/running flank pairing and by an axially displaceable axle (42).
