Disclosed is a foldable tool trolley. One end of a driving rod is rotatably connected to a bottom plate (100), and a connection position between the driving rod and the bottom plate (100) is provided with an L-shaped structure (210); a horizontal rod (310) is fixed on the bottom plate (100); a first fixed member (410) is arranged on the horizontal rod (310) in a sleeving manner, and is fixed on the horizontal rod (310); a first rotary member (420) is arranged on the horizontal rod in a sleeving manner, and one end of the first rotary member is attached to an end portion of the L-shaped structure (210); a first elastic member (430) is arranged between the first fixed member (410) and the first rotary member (420); when the first rotary member (420) and the first fixed member (410) correspond to one another, two ends of the first elastic member (430) are respectively fixed on the first fixed member (410) and the first rotary member (420) after being twisted by a set angle; and a first wheel assembly (500) rotates along with the first rotary member (420). The foldable tool trolley has the advantages that a handle and a wheel can be synchronously unfolded or folded with one action; the structure is simple, and operation thereof is convenient; and the stability is high when in an unfolded state.
