A foldable vehicle locking mechanism, the foldable vehicle comprising a vehicle head assembly and a chassis assembly; the vehicle head assembly comprises an upper vehicle head (100) and a lower vehicle head (200) which are hinged to each other; the chassis assembly comprises a front chassis (300) and a rear chassis (400) which are hinged to each other; the vehicle head assembly is hinged to the chassis assembly; the foldable vehicle locking mechanism comprises a vehicle head locking assembly for locking the upper vehicle head (100) and the lower vehicle head (200) after folding, a chassis locking assembly for locking the front chassis (300) and the rear chassis (400) after folding, and an overall vehicle locking assembly for locking the vehicle head assembly and the chassis assembly after folding; the chassis locking assembly and the overall vehicle locking assembly are synchronously controlled by means of a linkage control mechanism. Also disclosed is a foldable vehicle which uses said foldable vehicle locking mechanism.
