A foldable wheelchair (90) allowing urination and defecation. A seat (40) of the wheelchair is provided with a discharge opening (41) at the center thereof. A urination and defecation device (60) is provided at a lower surface of the seat (40), and comprises: two L-shaped sliding rails (61) provided at the lower surface of the seat (40) and a rear side surface of a backrest (50); a flexible shield plate (62) provided below the discharge opening (41), and being movable along the two L-shaped sliding rails (61); at least one pulling component (64) used to pull the flexible shield plate (62) to open the discharge opening (41) for urination or defecation; multiple hooks (63) provided on two sides of the discharge opening (41); and a receiving bag (70) suspended from the hooks (63) to receive urine or feces. In this way, the present invention enables the disabled to pass urine or feces directly in the wheelchair (90), such that patients do not need to leave the chair (90), and can urinate or defecate and clean themselves by their own, thus preserving dignity of and providing convenience to the patients.
