Abstract:
Disclosed is a foldable wheelchair (90) that allows urination and defecation, a seat cushion (40) thereof being provided with a discharge port (41) in the centre. A urination and defecation device (60) is provided at the bottom face of the seat cushion (40), comprising: two cover plates (61), each of which is provided with a cushion (63) on an upper surface thereof, the two cushions (63) protruding and being exposed in parallel within the discharge port (41) when the two cover plates (61) are joined; two brake members (64) facing each other being provided on a bottom face and two sides of the two cover plates (61), such that the discharge port (41) can be closed or opened for urination and defecation by pulling or pushing the brake members (64) to join or separate the two cover plates (61); and a receiving bag (70) suspended on inner bottom edges of the two cover plates (61), as the two cover plates (61) open downwards, an opening (71) being expanded simultaneously for receiving the excreta. In this way, the disabled can directly urinate and defecate on the wheelchair (90), so that patients can urinate or defecate and clean by themselves without leaving the wheelchair (90) at all, thus providing the patients with dignity and convenience.
