Abstract:
The present invention relates to a folding device of headrest, more particularly, relates to a folding device of headrest wherein the center of rotation of a second locking unit, which is locked to or unlocked from a first locking unit, and the location where the stay is connected to the second locking unit are spaced apart from each other, so that the structure becomes simplified and the number of components can be reduced, and at the same time, the cut-out portions in the headrest can be minimized, and at the same time, it can be applied to various shapes of stays in common by providing the second locking unit, where the first locking unit is stopped by, separately from the stay.
