Abstract:
The present application provides a folding hinge structure and a folding electronic device. The folding hinge structure comprises a first cam connecting rod assembly, a second cam connecting rod assembly, an elastic drive assembly, and a damping assembly. The first cam connecting rod assembly comprises a first cam, a third cam disposed opposite to the first cam, a second cam, and a fourth cam disposed opposite to the second cam; the elastic drive assembly is used for providing an elastic drive force so that the first cam and the third cam, and the second cam and the fourth cam can get close to each other along the length direction of the first cam connecting rod assembly; the damping assembly comprises a damping support disposed between the first cam connecting rod assembly and the second cam connecting rod assembly, and rotated under the action of elasticity to generate a friction damping force. According to the folding hinge structure and the folding electronic device provided by the present application, by providing the damping assembly, a damping effect can be brought to a user during opening and closing.
