Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laminator of a touch sensor for use in the manufacture of a touchscreen sensor; and more specifically, to a folding laminator for use in the manufacture of a touchscreen sensor, capable of manufacturing a sensor by performing a folding-laminating operation during the manufacture of a touchscreen sensor. The folding laminator for use in the manufacture of a touchscreen sensor of the present invention is a device for folding a sensor member, wherein the sensor member places a landing table, which is safely landed and fixed to an accurate position, in the middle of rotary pressure rollers by using a driving motor, and when the sensor member is inserted between the rotary pressure rollers, the driving motor operates and the rollers are engaged with each other to perform laminating. To this end, the folding laminator of the present invention comprises: a folding guider that moves vertically to lead a sensor member between the rotary pressure rollers and pressurizes the center of the sensor member; a folding guider driving motor that moves the folding guider in the vertical direction; a position sensing means that detects the position of the sensor member to be introduced between the rotary pressure rollers under the operation of the folding guider; and a controller that controls the operation of the rotary pressure rollers. As the folding laminator for use in the manufacture of a touchscreen sensor of the present invention performs the folding-laminating operation for bonding the sensor member, a defect rate is improved and thus the productivity of touchscreens is substantially increased.
