Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of intelligent control, and discloses a folding mechanism, a housing assembly and an electronic device. An accommodation space and openings are provided inside a rotating shaft support frame in the folding mechanism; first and second connecting members are provided opposite each other and are respectively pivotally connected to the rotating shaft support frame; one end of each of the first and second connecting members away from the rotating shaft support frame is provided with a connecting portion; the connecting portion of the first connecting member is pivotally connected to a first support plate; and the connecting portion of the second connecting member is pivotally connected to a second support plate. In the present application, the first support plate and the second support plate are mounted on edges, located at the openings, of the rotating shaft support frame, so that when the folding mechanism is folded, the first support plate and the second support plate enter the accommodation space to increase the gap between the two support plates and give way to a flexible display screen, and thus when the folding mechanism is unfolded, the first support plate and the second support plate are supported by the rotating shaft support frame to reduce the gap between the two support plates, and the flatness of the display screen can be ensured. By directly connecting the support plates to the connecting members, the consistency of the connecting members and the support plates in the folding process can be ensured.
