Abstract:
A folding table frame and a folding table. The folding table frame comprises a cross beam (3) having a supporting function and at least two table legs (2). Each of the table legs (2) has a folded state and an in use state for supporting the cross beam (3); each of the table legs (2) is rotatable relative to the cross beam (3), such that each of the table legs (2) switches between the in use state and the folded state; a lower end of each table leg (2) is connected to a support leg (5) for supporting on the ground; a first receiving groove (35) is provided on the cross beam (3); and when all of the at least two table legs (2) are in the folded state, the support leg (5) closest to the cross beam (3) is at least partially accommodated within the first receiving groove (35).
