Abstract:
A folding table includes a top (10) and legs (1,2), the top and legs of which are connected
with each other by a folding mechanism (3). The folding mechanism (3) includes
a master link member (31) and a slave link member (32). A first end (311) of the master
link member is pivotally connected to the inner surface of a frame (100) of the
table and a second end (312) of the master link member is pivotally connected to
a first end (321) of the slave link member. A second end (322) of the slave link member
is pivotally connected to the outer side of the legs of the table, thereby the folding
mechanism is between the legs and the frame; and a middle part of the master link
member extends inwardly along a side of the top of the table and an extending end
extends opposite to the top of the table so as to form a L-shaped member which can
buckle the bottom side and inner side of the legs while the legs and the top of the
table are folded together. The inner surface of the L-shaped member is connected
to another L-shaped member of the symmetrical leg by a control pole (6). The legs
can be folded by pulling the control pole.
