Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a folding terminal device and a method for controlling a housing to open and close. The folding terminal device comprises: a first housing, a first magnetic module disposed in the first housing, a second housing, a second magnetic module disposed on the second housing, and a rotation apparatus connected to the first housing and the second housing. The magnetic poles of mutually facing magnetic pole surfaces of the first magnetic module and the second magnetic module are changed by means of a magnetic pole rotation mechanism disposed in the folding terminal device so as to open and close the folding terminal device. The folding terminal device provided in the present application may, by means of the principle of magnetic pole attraction or repulsion, pop open or close the folding terminal device so as to facilitate opening and closing the folding terminal device.
