The follower life-saving apparatus comprises: a wearable device (1); and a life-saving apparatus main body (2), wherein the life-saving apparatus main body and the wearable device are separated from each other, and the life-saving apparatus main body comprises: a life-saving device (201) capable of floating on the water; and a pushing device (202) coupled to the life-saving device and configured to drive, according to a distance between the life-saving device and the wearable device, the life-saving device to move along with the wearable device.
