Abstract:
A food baking apparatus and a rapid-heating structure thereof. The rapid-heating structure comprises an inner lining (10), an oven door (20), and a heat-generating apparatus set (40). The inner lining (10) and the oven door (20) are provided on the surfaces thereof with a reflective layer (30). The reflective layer (30) effectively prevents dissipation of heat generated by the heat-generating apparatus set (40), increases the heating efficiency of the baking apparatus, while at the same time reduces the mass of the baking apparatus.
