Abstract:
Disclosed is a food battering machine, comprising a frame (2), with a rotatable roller (6) and a batter loading device being arranged on the frame. A batter spraying port (5) of the batter loading device corresponds to a feed port of the roller. A discharge port of the roller is provided with a mesh-belt conveying device. The food material is rotated along with the roller and is battered at the same time, and the process of battering is simple and highly efficient. The battering machine is particularly suitable for the food materials with relatively small volume which are difficult to individually place, such as broken and small pieces of meat, dried shrimps, scallops and the like.
