Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food composition comprising palmyra palm, ginseng, and artichoke as active ingredients, a foaming agent using same, and a preparation method therefor. A food composition prepared according to the present invention can advantageously present effective contents of the ginsenosides Rg3, Rg5, and Rk1, which shows excellent pharmacological activity such as anticancer activity, etc., although employing fresh ginseng rather than processed ginseng, and contains large amounts of medicinal ingredients (antioxidants, minerals, etc.) from artichoke and palm tree sap, thus contributing to a health improvement. In addition, a foaming tablet provided by the present invention is convenient to store and carry, with the health functional efficacy of the food composition being retained, and is of high stability. As such, the foaming tablet can be dissolved in drinking water within a short time and is advantageously convenient for eating.
