Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide: a creamer composition which has an enhanced creamer function, while having an effective improvement in quality deterioration due to oxidation; and food or drink which contains the creamer composition.
The present invention provides a creamer composition that is characterized by containing a γ-glutamyl-valyl-glycine composition, which contains (1) γ-glutamyl-valyl-glycine or a salt thereof and (2) a polysaccharide thickener, in an amount of 0.02-99.9% by weight.
